A Proud Beginning

Our evolution from a one building Charter School to a diversified, citywide network of schools is truly a success story. We trace our school's roots back to 1998, when our founder Mr. Rick and LaRonda Robbins saw a need for better educating students in the south part of Dallas. We then set out to find a way to meet the diverse educational needs of a population of students traditional schools could not reach. Injecting the knowledge in our youngest members of the community allows us to address the needs of the individual child. Assessing where the childs is currently and how and individual lears is the best method to customize the educational process to match that child's learning style. Hence the vision of  E.A.S.Y. Academy (Early Assessment School for Youth). Our CDA Certified staff and age appropriate program curriculum fosters learning through play, exploration, hands on activities and STEM ensures that the start for our children will afford them the best chances to compete in a world that is becoming more diverse and requires the technical aptitude to move into the future.

Solid Leardship

Rick and LaRonda Robbins, the original founders of  E.A.S.Y. Academy, have brought a vision and passion for higher education and they are committed to providing the highest level of child care and academic excellence to communities that have historically been deprived of such programs. Dallas natives, the Robbins are vested in the community and have formed a family oriented environment that fosters innovaton and excellence from the staff.

A Culture of Service

From campus to campus and from toddlers to school age level, E.A.S.Y. Academy is committed to meeting the needs of 'the whole child'. This service model has been adopted to ensure we are meeting the educational, mental, emotional, social, and familial aspects of every student and every stakeholder at E.A.S.Y. Academy. As a direct result of our decision to provide a full service education oriented child care facility, E.A.S.Y. academy has become highly desirable and demanded from our clients and the community. We will continue this service model approach at all of our satellite facilities. It is expected that all staff members adhere to this service model as well. We are here to serve and to provide the best educatioal experience possible.

Like our student population, we move continously to improve our products, our service, and our delivery methods. As times changes, so must our methods of educating our children. Our passion to help as many children in our neighborhood get te finest introduction to education, will make the difference in their ability to compete in the future. The intergration of S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) into the E.A.S.Y. Academy early childhoold curriculum is our way of continuing to promote and become comfortable with the lastest advancements in the technology of today which prepares our students for the competitive world we live in. E.A.S.Y. Academy will continue to seek out innovative services and techniques not found in traditional schools.

Expansion Overview

Our turnkey process for expanding into existing Church facilities has been streamlined to minimize the disruption of normal operations, but will be implemented in stages. The process from contract to receiving the students is a 30 to 60 day process. We have multiple years experience in turning up locations and will address any specific facility conditions on a case by case basis.

Who are our Partners?

As a result of the feedback we are experiencing in our current locations, we have moved forward with the "Community Expansion Initiative" This initiative is designed to move our successful child care and E.A.S.Y. School of Stem into local Churches in targeted communities. This specified approach, targeting the Church is designed to help revitalize the community through the single entity that promotes security, community and accountability. Often times those are not present in the home, so our vision is to give the children a natural "safe haven" to learn and thrive in an environment that will resonate into the community.
It is the goal and vision of the leadership and administration at EASY, Inc. to continue to add campus sites. As our message continue to grow throughout the community, request for additional sites has manifested itself into a top priority and goal to increase our presence in multiple under s erved communities. We will seek out individuals within your congregation for career opportunities in education. Bringing in quality providers and staff from the community ensures each campus has local ties to that community.

Partnership Advantages

E.A.S.Y. School of STEM is seeking to partner with Church organizations that are also seeking to implement a high quality turnkey educational facility and child care within your location. This partnership would lead to a closer connection to the community and give a boost to the overall revenue flow of the Church. Our partnership agreements are intended to create a mutually benefiting relationship between E.A.S.Y School of STEM and the partnering Church. When the program is in full session, the real winners will always be the children and their families.
